Coastal Construction & Engineering now offers vacuum trenching services for many different uses.  Vacuum trailers work in conjunction with our specialty services of HORIZONTAL BORING and TRENCHLESS TECHNOLOGY. The use of a vacuum trailer will save us time, therefore YOU money! 

What is a vacuum trailer or hydrovac?

It’s a tank truck that has a pump and a tank. The pump is designed to pneumatically suck liquids, mud, dirt, water, sludges, slurries, or the like from a location (often underground) into the tank of the truck. The objective is to enable transport of the liquid material via road to another location. Vacuum trailers transport the collected material to a treatment or disposal site. 

Vacuum trailers can also be used to prepare a site for installation or to access underground utilities. 

Hydro Jetting

A hydro jet machine, also known as a water or sewer jetter, uses a high-pressure stream of water ranging from 1,500 to over 4,000 PSI to scour pipe walls, break up grease, sludge, tree roots, and other buildup, and flush debris from drain and sewer lines.
